Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
SISD students: there is no cancellation/refund according to SISD ASA policy, please refer to SISD Recreation Office
Home lessons: there are no refunds for missed lessons.
In case if a student wants to withdraw from lessons for any reason, there should be a 3 weeks notice given to us for the payment to be fully refunded (for the lessons left to complete in the given term). Otherwise, we’ll have to retain the amount of the 3 weeks lessons as a compensation for the empty time slot in a teacher’s schedule. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
If we cancel a lesson for any reason, we will make-up that lesson on a time and day that works for you.
