Luca Maringola is a pianist and music teacher interested in developing and renewing the piano in its current cultural landscape, expanding his work worldwide. He started studying guitar at age of 6 and piano at 9 in the Conservatory of his city, where he gained his Bachelor's with the highest score and "cum Laude".
He begin to develop his interest in piano and music education while he was studying, becoming a professor assistant at the Conservatory of Milan, where he later gained his master's degree in piano interpretation. He worked for different Academies all over the world in Italy (Conservatory of Milan, ArteMusica), China (Florence Culture & Arts Exchange Center), and UAE (Fujairah Fine Arts Academy). His work on teaching aims to bring a modern approach to the classical repertoire, trying to find particular ways to enhance the individual student.
As a performer, he participated and won different prizes in many competitions in Italy and Brasil. He developed during the years a personal style of performance, based on the transformation of the relationship between performer and audience, through accurate marketing and communication work, starting with the education of the younger audience. He performed on stages all over the world in Italy, Greece, Brasil, and UAE. He is also vice-President of the cultural association “Operitage”, with which he produced new original performances as well as main events in collaboration with prestigious theatres and brands.
